Arts & Library Foundation - The Rainier Club

Resources for Intellectual Exploration

The Rainier Arts & Library Foundation (RALF) is a cultural haven within The Rainier Club. Our comprehensive library and diverse arts offerings provide members with opportunities to delve into literature, engage with thought-provoking artworks, and participate in cultural events that expand horizons and ignite curiosity. Experience the power of creativity and knowledge at RALF, where inspiration knows no bounds.

RALF, a 501(c)3 charitable corporation, acquires and stewards artistically and culturally significant objects appropriate for The Rainier Club. RALF makes collections available for public and scholarly use through exhibits, education, and loan programs in order to link the past to the present.

Collection highlights include sculpture from Rainier Club Laureate Tony Angell and volumes I - X of the republication of Edward Curtis’ work, The North American Indian. Works from the RALF collection have been featured in exhibits at the Seattle Art Museum, Museum of History & Industry, and Cascadia Art Museum.
